This home already had a patio enclosure so putting another patio off of that was not an option. We worked with homeowner to come up with another idea which is just as functional. This lattice patio will provide full shade during hottest hours of the day, but still lets in some of the morning sunlight.

Cabinet refinishing, granite countertops, new lighting and new sink and faucet, gives this kitchen an updated feel a complete kitchen remodel.

We converted this extra large carport into a 3 car garage. This picture was taken just prior to exterior of house being repainted. After completion, you can't tell this was ever a carport. Homeowner has more storage space and just increased the value of his home with this addition.

This shower was a 3x3 box. We converted it into a 4x6 walk in with a rain head, 2 shower heads, and 2 hand helds. We love the tile the homeowner picked out for this one.

The AZ sun causes all kinds of havoc on faschia and decks. The homeowner asked to to recoat and rebuild the deck on this balcony.
